What is a T-Bell®?

Versatile and indestructible, the T-Bell’s patented biomechanical design engages the correct muscles while promoting proper form and reducing stress on the spine. By keeping the weight closer to the center of gravity and aligned with the spine and hips, the T-Bell® strengthens the posterior muscle chain “including biceps femoris, gluteus maximus, erector spinae muscle group, trapezius, and posterior deltoids” – the core power muscles that boost performance as well as health and well being.

The T-Bell® is great for performing the above movements, among other strength
training movements. It isolates the core posterior muscle groups which provide
power & strength safely for increased athletic performance by centering the weight
properly and ensuring that proper form is kept throughout the entire movement.

Both. The T-Bell® is compact in size measuring 14” high and 12” wide at the
handle. It weighs only4 lbs. Compared to full size Olympic bars, it can fit in any
size of home workout area or facility. It also is affordable so multiple T-Bells can
be used in any training facility thereby increasing the efficiency of working out
the core posterior muscle groups without a line of users waiting for one or two
Olympic bars to be accessible.

The T-Bell® is also not a replacement for squat racks. It is a highly effective
accessory to use for those people who

Typical weight plates which fit Olympic sized barbells with 2” (ID) holes. We suggest
using 35, 25, 10, 5 & 2.5 lb. plates as these sizes allow for proper room between
legs as movement is made (up to 225 lbs. of plates).

Up to 225 lbs. of weight plates.

No. But it has three slots for the use of resistance bands to increase the resistance
gradually above just weight plates.

There is nothing wrong with using a regular barbell. However, to perform a proper
deadlift the barbell will literally rub your shins and thighs during the deadlift
movement. Many people do not like scraping their shins and thighs, so
subconsciously they tend to roll the bar away from their body that results in a
rolled/bent back which creates bad form and techniques. The T-Bell® eliminates
the formation of bad lifting movements increasing your efficiency and safety
during your workout.

The kettlebell opening does not allow for average size hands to fit in the handle
loop properly, resulting in narrow hand placement. By using the T-Bell® you
now have the ability to not only add and subtractweight but also add resistance
bands and perform the lift in a comfortable manner.

The T-Bell® is made of high-grade machine tool aluminum. Its single handle is the
same dimension as an Olympic weight bar. The handle rotates within the “T”
column and is not fixed. It is held in place by a push bearing. It offers three
adjustable handle positions and three positions for use of resistance bands.
